Lily had to go pee.
There was only one sandy road in sight.
So we turned, and then got lost. And it was beautiful.
"I need (not want, need) to photograph someone today. Sacred. Water. Sunset and just after. We are in Wilmington, NC - if this calls to you, even a little, please reach out. When my soul calls out this loudly I know there's someone else's soul calling out, too. Let's make magic." That's the call I sent out into the universe, and I am beyond words grateful I did.
People have been asking, and I have been wondering, how I will organize shoots as I travel. And I think this is how. I think I'll send out a smoke signal when my soul calls for it.

We have traveled through 10 states in 7 days.
Today, we were tourists.
And it was AWESOME.
We left Maine on Sunday, and are officially on our way to the SUNSHINE!
