Lily had to go pee.
There was only one sandy road in sight.
So we turned, and then got lost. And it was beautiful.

We have traveled through 10 states in 7 days.
Today, we were tourists.
And it was AWESOME.

While we dip and sink into the rivers, she is there. She is making her own sweet wild flower crowns, nibbling on her little snacks, and she is listening. Those huge eyes of hers are taking it all in. And I just want to take a moment to express how grateful I am that these River Stories are the messages of womanhood and sisterhood she is receiving.
So, so grateful.
